Are you a guild leader who's afraid to lose your guild's rank by going to GVG?
Do you have no experience with GVG? Do you just want to try a new GVG build? Do you want to rent a Guild Hall for parties/marriages/whatever (nothing illegal please)? Creative yes but I doubt it will work out for you. There are probably plenty of people that will do that also and probably for less.
